Both are charter members of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church where Paula was the church Business Manager. In 2006, she transferred as the Business Manager to Cross of Christ Christian School, which later became North Valley Christian Academy. Paula retired from NVCA in 2016 after 10 years as the Business Manager. Married since 1987, Cam and Paula have four adult children, ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He retired from Price Waterhouse in 2001, where he served as a managing partner and a member of the Boards of Directors of both the US and the World Firm. He presently is a consultant specializing in nonprofit governance and leadership.

Shortly after earning a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and a M.S. in Engineering Management University of Missouri Curt began a 35-year career with Caterpillar Inc., living in various cities in the U.S. and Geneva, Switzerland before retiring in 2009. During his four different assignments living in Peoria, IL Curt was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and served on the Board of Elders. Redeemer was one of three LCMS congregations affiliated with Concordia Lutheran Grade school. Himself a product of Lutheran Schools, Curt was a strong supporter of Concordia where all three of his children attended and graduated. After retiring from Caterpillar, Curt and his wife live in Anthem, AZ. They are members of the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Anthem where Curt is finishing a two-year term as Treasurer of the Board of Ministry Directors.
