Mrs. Shannon Lauletta, M.Ed. NVCA Principal
Welcome to the best school in North Phoenix—North Valley Christian Academy! I started working on the NVCA team in 2008 with my service on the Board of Directors. This opportunity led to my position as the Admissions Director and Curriculum Specialist. I have also worked as a Substitute Teacher for all grades (Preschool – grade 8). Over the years I have worn many hats at NVCA.
I have over ten years of professional education experience. My Master’s degree is from California State University at Fullerton in Curriculum and Development. I hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Cal State San Marcos. And, my undergraduate degree is a B.S. in Child Development with a minor in Liberal Studies. In addition, I am a master Teacher and Language Arts Specialist.

Mr. Nate Kretzmann, M.Ed., CFRE, NVCA Executive Director

NVCA is an incredible place to serve and lead! I have over twenty-five years of professional education experience at many levels. I am a graduate of Concordia University in Irvine, California, where I received both a M.A in Educational Administration and a B.A in Education. I currently hold PK-12 Superintendents’ Certification.
I have had the joy of serving as a classroom teacher and Athletics coach for many years prior to serving in School Leadership and Administration. My Administration path began at Concordia University – Irvine where I served as an Admissions Director, followed by serving as the Advancement and Development Director for a school in Texas. More recently I served as the Head of School / Executive Director of a large PS- HS school here in Arizona before coming to NVCA.
